Splash Solutions spend time exploring and defining current and potential business processes, the company’s internal structure, the desired business model to be put in place, client and prospect profiles, key products and service ranges.
After this analysis period, the client will be provided with a comprehensive report detailing Splash Solutions findings and the design for both the CRM solution and supporting applications. It is this document that will form the basis for the subsequent project, but also a fantastic reference guide and working document for the customer.
Customisation & Development
Once the design has been agreed, Splash Solutions will configure your selected software to ensure that final product fits your business perfectly. Introducing a new system can often be a significant and rather daunting change for a business. As such each project will be run following a staged approach, ensuring the involvement of key member of the customer team and the gradual introduction of new features and processes.
Our team of consultants will work both on the client site and remotely during the customisation stage. Where possible, all configuration will be done using the inbuilt application features and simple code. For more complex requirements, our development team can provide custom functionality and integrate your solution with existing business applications using both standard integration tools and custom .NET code.
Bespoke Development
Whilst the core product suite from Splash Solutions is extensive, to ensure a system fits each organisation perfectly, bespoke development is often required. Splash Solutions’ team of skilled developers can extended and develop the base platform of Dynamics CRM to fit each of our clients specific needs whether it be for new functionality or for simplicity of data entry.
All or development is undertaken in line with the applications SDK and Microsoft’s guidance ensuring that it is simply to support and adds no significant complication to the system in terms of maintenance and upgrade.
