Training
The training of the user group is an essential part of any software implementation project and is a key focus for Splash Solutions. All our trainers have experience of a variety of applications from both a technical and user based angle. It is essential that, in order to continue to be involved in the development and extension of your business product suite, selected individuals understand how the applications work in more depth. It is also guaranteed that user training has a dramatic influence on user confidence and system uptake.
Bespoke Training
Training can be delivered on your premises or at one of Splash Solutions’ training centres. All courses are tailored to your bespoke requirements and will be based on your customised system. They will be supported by full training manuals and exercises.
For larger organisations we also offer a week long Train the Trainer course. This training is designed to teach a dedicated group to not only use and administer the new system but also to train the internal staff. This can be a great option for reducing costs and maximising knowledge transfer.
Scheduled Training
In addition to these sessions, Splash Solutions also offer a regular schedule of courses to the wider business community. Based around the key features of the application, these courses are ideal for new users or individuals wishing to brush up on their system skills. With delegates from varying companies the sessions also present an ideal way of learning about how other businesses use their business applications.

Support
Splash Solutions' offer a variety of support packages to keep your new systems at their most productive. Our experienced support team is on hand every working day to provide technical support and advice when you need it most. Logged via email, the portal and telephone, Splash Solutions work to meet strict SLA’s helping ensure your teams issues are answered prior to causing disruption to the daily work schedule.
In addition to support, the Help desk team assist in the maintenance, update and upgrade of all client systems, always advising of new system developments, features and fixes.
We will define each support contract based on our client’s needs. They can simply involve the provision of access to our helpdesk, or may include an amount of on-site development time. Splash Solution is happy to support any company irrespective of whether they purchased their original software through a different provider. In these circumstances a full site and system assessment will need to be undertaken in order to understand the current implementation in detail.
